1. What products can you produce?
We can produce outdoor sofa, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor high bar chair, outdoor swings, children's tables and chairs, outdoor beds, outdoor wind lamps, etc.
2. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We have R&D team over 20 years' experience in outdoor furniture area.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Generally, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we accept T/T 30% deposit with P.O., balance to be payed before shipment.
4. What's your lead time for sample and production?
For sample, it usually takes 7-15 days. For production order, it usually takes 40-45 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5. What is your general packing of products?
We usually pack the products with standard corrugated carton box and wooden box. We can also pack in the way according to customer's demand.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7. How long is the warranty of your products? What if there's any broken parts?
Our warranty is 3 year. Within warranty, the broken parts can be replaced freely.
8. When can I get the price?
Within 24 hours after getting your specified inquiry. If you are in urgent, please send email to us or leave message on Trade Manger, so that we can reply you in time.
9. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples with your logo, design, etc., please offer these details to us, so we provide you with the sample fee. Usually sample fee is double the price of bulk price. The return of sample fee is depended on the bulk order quantity. The order quantity decides whether the sample fee is all return or just return a half.
